The week-long Trellick53 film programme is presented on an outdoor cinema screen at the base of Trellick Tower. All films are FREE to view. 
The theme this year is ROOTS & BRANCHES. Films will connect us to the natural world or the perspective of the wilderness and take us into an exploration of roots and beginnings. What grows from a seed or a moment to become something memorable?
LOCATION: Access is via the ramp on Elkstone Road. A map is at the bottom of this page.
SOUND QUALITY: All film-goers are provided with high quality at no charge. This means you get the best possible cinema experience and our local resident hosts are undisturbed.

5.30 - Community: Revision Films presents The Colour of Transformation
A documentary introduces seven women sharing stories of personal and systems change as they pursue careers in the fields of conservation, land justice, the outdoors and natural history. After agriculture, the conservation industry is the second least diverse sector in the UK. 
The Colour of Transformation features contributions from Miranda Lowe CBE (Natural History Museum), Rhiane Fatinikun (Black Girls Hike), Chantelle Lindsay (CBeebies), Nadia Shaikh (Right to Roam) and more.

This amazing film tells a story of love and survival in frozen Antarctica and follows the mating ritual of emperor penguins. In summer they find a mate, who lays an egg and leaves to feed. The father protects the egg during the harsh winter until it hatches in spring and the mother returns to feed her young.
