Tai Chi can also reduce stress, anxiety, and symptoms of depression, while enhancing sleep quality and cognitive function. Furthermore, Tai Chi has shown promise in managing chronic conditions like osteoarthritis and Parkinson's disease.

Yoga
WednesDAYS FROM 12.30pm
Ilaria DiFiore is an experienced yoga teacher who has dedicated many years to working across our local North Kensington and West London communities. She has taught a diverse range of groups, community associations, youth clubs, SEND (Special Educational Needs & Disabilities) centres and schools, with focused work for women and girls, children and young people and the elderly.
Ilaria’s teaching approach is gentle and adaptable, with a strong focus on breathwork, relaxation, and enhancing energy and flexibility. Her classes create an atmosphere where participants feel welcomed and leave feeling both energized and relaxed, carrying a sense of positivity with them.
Why Yoga?
Yoga is popular amongst people who want to relax or increase their flexibility. It can develop strength, balance and co-ordination.
Yoga can make people feel better about themselves, which may help recovery and help to provide the confidence and motivation to maintain regular yoga practise and to make other beneficial lifestyle changes, such as other forms of exercise, eating healthily or quitting smoking.
All sessions take place in the Trellick Clubroom on the 2nd floor of Trellick Tower or in the grounds of Trellick and Meanwhile Gardens.
All sessions are totally free to join for anyone - resident or non-resident - and all abilities are welcome.
